At Nexdo™, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom products
Exchanges
If you would like a different item or color, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Refunds
